National Night Outs
In 2023 United Way, sponsored by UPMC Health Plan and UPMC Northwest, is funding six community events at the following locations:
- Clintonville Borough
- Christ United Methodist Church, Franklin
- Franklin Heights Playground
- Rouseville Community Playground
- St. Elizabeth Center, Oil City
- Wyllis Street, Oil City
